Deadly Sins Cosmetics is owned and operated in Melbourne Australia.
We realised that there were not enough high quality vegan cosmetics brands and strive to provide all of our customers with the best cruelty-free cosmetics that we can offer.

Shipping
All of our orders are flat rate shipping, which means you can buy as much as you like and the weight won't affect the price. So you can go in with your friends and split the shipping, yay!
Australia:
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $79! Free shipping if with Sendle couriers, however there is a paid option for Australia Post if you choose.
For orders under $79, Sendle couriers is $8.95 and Australia Post shipping is $10.95.
(Rural areas and PO boxes will be sent via Australia Post)
International:
International shipping is based on the weight of your items are where you are.
Before ordering please check if there are any customs fees that will need to be paid. We cannot be held responsible for the custom or import costs in your country.
Returns policy
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer returns on cosmetics for hygiene reasons.
However if your products are damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible so we can have that sorted out for you.
What is your policy regarding testing on animals?
We do not test on animals and never will!
Both of our founders are vegan and Deadly Sins Cosmetics are 100% against animal testing.
We also only work with suppliers who are accredited with being cruelty-free.
Are all your products vegan?
Yes! When forming Deadly Sins Cosmetics we made a choice to only create products that are vegan. We also chose to have only cruelty-free products and never test on animals.
I want to help promote your products, can you send me some?
The best thing you can do if you want to help our brand is to purchase some products. We are still a very small brand and unfortunately don't have the funds to be sending out products free of charge. However, we do strongly encourage people to post photos of their items and tag us because we will be needing promoters in the future to help us grow.

Where is my order/how long does shipping take?
We aim to have your order on the way to you as soon as possible. To assist us with this, please ensure you have entered the correct address.
We send out tracking information when your order is confirmed.
It does depend on where you live and your shipping method but if you have any concerns or trouble please contact us.
How do I track my order?
Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking information to be updated after placing your order.
Please click the blue box in the confirmation email we sent you saying 'view your order'
Your tracking number and link to track the order will be there.
If you cannot find your tracking number in your emails or have lost it please contact us.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from metro Melbourne Victoria Australia.
Do you offer makeup artist pro discounts?
Unfortunately not at this time but please do check back in the future.
