We realised that there were not enough high quality vegan cosmetics brands and strive to provide all of our lovely customers with the best cruelty-free cosmetics that we can offer.
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer returns on cosmetics for hygiene reasons.
However if your products are damaged or faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can have that sorted out for you.
How much is shipping?
All of our orders are flat weight shipping which means you can go in with your friends and split the shipping, yay!
We offer free shipping in Australia for all orders over $50.
Express domestic shipping is $12.
Standard domestic shipping is $9.
Pricing depends on where you are, and the shipping method.

What is your policy regarding testing on animals?
We do not test on animals and never will!
Both of our founders are vegan and Deadly Sins Cosmetics are 100% against animal testing.
We also only work with suppliers who are accredited with being cruelty-free.
Are all your products vegan?
Yes! When forming Deadly Sins Cosmetics we made a choice to only create products that are vegan. We also chose to have only cruelty-free products and never test on animals.
I want to help promote your products, can you send me some?
The best thing you can do if you want to help our brand is to purchase some products. We are still a very small brand and unfortunately don't have the funds to be sending out products free of charge. However, we do strongly encourage people to post photos of their items and tag us because we will be needing promoters in the future to help us grow.

Where is my order/how long does shipping take?
We send out tracking information when your order is confirmed.
It does depend on where you live and your shipping method but if you have any trouble please contact our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I track my order?
Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking information to be updated after placing your order.
Please click the blue box in the confirmation email we sent you saying 'view your order' (see image below)
Your tracking number and link to track the order will be there.
If you cannot find your tracking number in your emails or have lost it please contact us.
