Vegan Festival Market at Bunjil Place

Last Sunday 22nd of September we had the pleasure of holding a stall at the Mermaid Sorority Vegan Festival Market at Bunjil place.
Arriving early, we were greeted with nice weather and friendly stall neighbours.

It was the launch of our brand new product. The Book of Sins eyeshadow palette, which got a bunch of compliments and we had some lucky people be the first to get their hands on one!

Before we had even finished setting up there were already people taking a look at all the lovely stalls there. Among the stalls were food trucks, fashion, art, health, beauty, lifestyle and more amazing vegan food! The market was dog-friendly, so seeing all the cute dogs was a very big plus.

We started the day with a coffee from our fave Dolly’s coffee. We also got a giant roasted chickpea spring roll, so yum! There was even live music throughout the day with soothing South American music being played next to the bean bags.

For lunch, we split a vegan butter chicken and chips (genius!) from curry up now. Something that you do not get to try every day! That was definitely one of the highlights for us. Can we just add that no festival is complete without a spiral potato stick!

We also picked up some cool stuff from our friends at Anamal clothing – they donate a generous portion of profits to charity so definitely check them out!

To wrap up we enjoyed a mint & avocado flavoured ice cream before packing up and heading home.
Thanks again to Amber and the team for having us. We really enjoyed being a part of such a wonderful event!
